The Midland Spice House plans on making freeze-dried herbs and spices. It is currently a cottage food operation that complies with the labeling, adulteration, and other provisions found in the Michigan Food Law as well as other state, federal, or local laws/ordinances. All products sold by the Midland Spice House are made in a home kitchen that has not been inspected by the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development. Look for us at the local farmers markets in the future or contact us if interested in purchasing products. Unfortunately, it is against the Michigan law for cottage food operations to sell online since it is required that payment is made in person.
